By shifting supply into public housing, the government is directly pushing up home prices as supply is diverted into the non-buying portions of the housing ladder;<br><br>e) the government is setting too high income thresholds and keeps raising them (eg PRH threshold now covers 43% of HK households, HOS threshold is higher than 78% of HK households, while the Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme extends over 86% of all HK households). This creates a false impression of ever rising demand for housing welfare, when the proper way to restrict demand is to lower the thresholds so only the truly needy will qualify to join the waiting lists.<br><br><strong>\u4ee5\u4e0a\u91c7\u8a2a\u51fa\u81ea\u9999\u6e2f\u7121\u7dab\u96fb\u8996\u5c08\u8a2a\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7b46\u8005\u6307\u51fa\u4e86\u672c\u5730\u6a13\u5e02\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff1a<\/strong><br><br>a\uff09\u73fe\u6642\u6a13\u50f9\u5411\u4e0b\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u8f03\u5411\u4e0a\u98a8\u96aa\u5927\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u7f8e\u91d1\u525b\u5b8c\u6210\u8abf\u6574\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u958b\u59cb\u53cd\u5f48\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6e2f\u5143\u8cc7\u7522\u6703\u8da8\u5411\u8d70\u5f31\uff1b<br><br>b\uff09\u74b0\u7403\u606f\u7387\u5411\u4e0a\u6703\u591a\u65bc\u5e02\u5834\u9810\u671f\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u6a13\u5e02\u98a8\u96aa\uff1b<br><br>c\uff09\u73fe\u6642\u6a13\u50f9\u5df2\u7d93\u63a5\u8fd1\u9802\u7aef\uff0c\u800c\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u5404\u9805\u9f13\u52f5\u5e02\u6c11\u7f6e\u696d\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u537b\u9f13\u52f5\u6700\u7121\u627f\u53d7\u529b\u7684\u5e02\u6c11\u5728\u6a13\u50f9\u4e0b\u8dcc\u6642\u6dea\u7232\u8ca0\u8cc7\u7522\uff1b<br><br>d\uff09\u91dd\u5c0d\u6a13\u50f9\u9ad8\u4f01\u7684\u6700\u597d\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u83ab\u904e\u65bc\u5c07\u516c\u71df\u623f\u5c4b\u571f\u5730\u5168\u90e8\u64a5\u5165\u79c1\u4eba\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u653f\u7b56\u904e\u5ea6\u50be\u659c\u516c\u71df\u623f\u5c4b\u6703\u70ba\u6a13\u50f9\u706b\u4e0a\u52a0\u6cb9\uff0c\u56e0\u7232\u4f9b\u61c9\u88ab\u8f49\u5f80\u4e0d\u80fd\u5f71\u97ff\u5e02\u50f9\u7684\u677f\u584a\uff1b<br><br>e\uff09\u653f\u5e9c\u6240\u5b9a\u7684\u516c\u71df\u623f\u5c4b\u5165\u606f\u9650\u984d\u904e\u9ad8\u4e5f\u6703\u4ee4\u6a13\u5e02\u5347\u6eab\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u516c\u5c4b\u5165\u606f\u9650\u984d\u5df2\u7d93\u8986\u84cb\u56db\u6210\u4e09\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u5c45\u5c4b\u5165\u606f\u9650\u984d\u5df2\u7d93\u8986\u84cb\u4e03\u6210\u516b\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u800c\u7da0\u7f6e\u5c45\u5165\u606f\u66f4\u8986\u84cb\u9ad8\u9054\u516b\u6210\u516d\u4f4f\u6236\uff09
