we keep emphasising, the poorly thought out decimation of HK\u2019s simple and low tax system is the biggest concern from this year\u2019s budget, followed by a departure from HK\u2019s traditional prudent financial disciplines \u2013 more welfare spending, zero scaling back of government expenditures, which resulted in the need to raise large amounts of new debts.
